Spring

Spring is just around the corner. The flowers will be blooming and the heat will be returning. I can't wait.

My youngest

I can't wait until Christmas because Cody is coming home for 2 weeks. Everyone is coming to my house for Christmas eve and Christmas. I could be cooking for 25 Christmas. I can't wait. Only 22 days until Christmas.

Yes I'm still here!!!

Hello to everyone
Its been so long since I have blogged, but I haven't forgot about it.

Here is an update:
2 dogs with a grand dog (Cody's dog is living with us)
10 mules (yes james bought another one)
Derek is working for the Forest Service full time now
Cody is still working in Oregon for Slaydon Construction
We still have All American Tent and Lamb's Christmas Trees
I'm still teaching at Centennial and coaching field hockey
My Dad ran for Corning Mayor, in November, and won
I cooked my first Thanksgiving turkey on the tree lot this year and it was moist and tasted good

I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving and i will try my best to do better with blogging.

25 years

Derek and Cody threw us a party for our 25 th anniversary. Derek's girlfriend's (Kaity) mom made a replica of why cake. That is the orginal cake top. i'm so very lucky to have a wonderful husband and 2 great boys.

25th wedding Anniversary

I have 2 wonderful boys, Derek and Cody. The threw James and I a party on Saturday. It was a surprise for me but James knew. The boys did a wonderful job of planning and organizing the party. It was great to spend the time with family and friends. We had a tri tip dinner, the cake looked like my orginal cake and they had decorations from the wedding. They knew where my cake top was and my photo albulm and used them. My mom and Derek's girlfriend (Kaity) helped also. Thanks to everyone who attended and I love you Derek and Cody! Papa and 2 of his grand kids

The Lamb's spent Christmas at Granny and Papa's this year. Everyone had a blast. 29 people and 7 dogs. Papa really enjoyed all the dogs! Cory, Curt, Casey and Cody were heroes. Their was a car wreck in front of the house and the boys did a wonderful job of keeping the 4 people calm and warm. Our EMT Derek was on the hill when this happened but the 4 C's did a great job. No one will give Casey a bad time about his cell phone any more. Happy New Year!

oldest son

My oldest son is a fire fighter for Tehama County Cal- fire. He is in the red shirt. He will be getting laid off November 9, maybe. Last week he was in Modesto covering stations. After fire season he will run a Christmas tree lot in Dixon.
